Medium golden hue with green tints, the nose shows exotic fruits with a rich yet balanced palate and a slight twist of ginger on the finish.

The Vintage: A fine white vintage with cooler conditions than average and decent rainfall. Both parcels of Sauvignon and Muscat were picked in the first week of September. The freshness of Sauvignon Blanc combined with the rich texture of Muscat ensure a wine ideal as an aperitif or perfect with oriental cuisine.
Grape Varieties: 85% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Muscat.
Yield: 28-32 hl/ha.
Terrior: schist and grit.
Wine Making: 0.2bar pressing, fermentation between 12°C and 17°C in tank, daily lies stirring.
Aging method: Tank.
